Great location, friendly staff, clean room, convenient facilities

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It made it very convenient for exploring and getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the hotel had soundproof rooms , made for a peaceful and restful stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were disappointing. the breakfast was very ordinary and could definitely be upgraded.

Thank you all for a very good stay in Midtown hotel. Liked that we had central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the deluxe queen room. The bathroom was clean and fairly clean.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was contemporary and clean, with PRIME location next to the metro station. We booked a normal double room with a tidy bathroom. Corteous, outstanding staff members.

We had a wonderful stay here in this venue. The location is very convenient as it is in a pedestrian zone with many restaurants around. Moreover, it is situated in the midtown area, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The service delivered by the staff was excellent. The room was cozy and equipped with all the essential facilities that we needed. We received personalized and very attentive service from the staff, specially from Ferat which made our stay truly unforgettable.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

Fairly clean hotel, savoury breakfast, the location is best possible so close to taksim square, shops and many more around.

Actually everything was really good, you're dope! Clean hotel, well experienced stuff, ideal location very close to HAVAIST bus stop. Food was nice!

I loved how close the hotel was to Taksim Square - just around the corner! It made transportation super easy as the Havabus station was only 100 meters away. The hotel was also near the bustling restaurant street, perfect for foodies like me. The location couldn't have been better. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Finally, the staff were very helpful , making sure to answer all of my questions and providing great customer service.

We stayed in a hotel with great access to public transport and restaurants, set in a quiet area just next to a busy square. Our room was well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and drinks. The staff was helpful, and the room service was prompt. The hotel also had a nice view from the rooftop bar and modern amenities.

The reception staff could have been more friendly and attentive to our needs.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenient location near Istiklal street, the vibrant heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends. The staff, especially Deria, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, catering to everyone's tastes and preferences.
